Further unattributable groups of this type have been discovered since the original trio were first identified in print in 1971.
This type of work is best exemplified by the familiar Willow Pattern.
These were made in a similar way, but instead of stamping the design into the tile, the clay was pressed into a mould with the design in relief at the bottom.
