Today, he lives and works as a professional musician in New Orleans and makes a study of the musical traditions and cultures of South Louisiana.
In September 1993, Rick Rubin brought the Red Devils back to the studio to record with music legend Johnny Cash.

In 2017, such a lineup toured and recorded Return of the Red Devils in the Netherlands.
Mining the same blues seam as the Devils, they released a decent self-titled album in 1997 and had some success touring Europe.
This show would mark not only the band's final show, but also their twelve-year anniversary celebration.
